What can you tell us about God?
Cliché but so true: He loves us all so much. I didn’t properly realise this until this summer – I’d always taken it for granted. However, it suddenly struck me so powerfully and truthfully this summer that the taking it for granted part is happening less and I love it!
Top tip for Yfaith-ers?
Make your own way in life and don’t be influenced by other people around you. Life is what you make it!
What would you say to encourage Yfaith-ers in their faith?
As others before me have said... keep going to Church. Some weeks you switch off but if you keep on going then more is likely to go in in the long term and you can be inspirational to those around you. Also, GOD TV if you have Sky is good... try Saturday mornings and also find different kinds of teaching like Mike Pilavachi on youtube. He’s a bit lighter hearted than your average priest, but is brilliant. Girls also try Soul Sista and ‘Cherished’ – a book by Rachel Gardner... they understand you and life pretty well :-)

What can you tell us about God?
Even when people make him sound serious and boring, God is the most exciting person you can ever meet. Even when you think other people can make you feel good, no one can do it like God … if we give him the chance!
Top tip for Yfaith-ers?
I used to think that people thought I was strange because I believed in God. Now I realise that sticking to your beliefs earns you more respect than anything else, especially from the people you would least expect. Don’t ever give up.
What would you say to encourage Yfaith-ers in their?
Your church needs you. You can make your church an amazing place and even if it seems hard at first people will thank you in the end. You are an important part of our future together so make sure you speak up and say, “Hey … I’m here, let me get involved!”
